Neal J. Robin

Vice President, C.O.O. and C.T.O

Mr. Robin is responsible for business and strategic planning, business operations, business management, technology systems, risk management and legal matters for Pappas Financial. His experience includes development of business organization and operations models, employee communication systems, establishment of corporate policies and procedures, corporate/industry trade relations, marketing segment and brand management, business development, sales and marketing management as well as implementation of compensation and benefit programs.

Mr. Robin received his A.A.S. in applied Science from the State University of New York College, Farmingdale, New York and B.S., Magna Cum Laude from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York. He had done post graduate work at the University of Houston, Clear Lake Campus, with an emphasis on business administration. Prior to working with Pappas Financial he was Regional Marketing Manager for Eastman Kodak Company, Professional Division. His experience also includes several years managing scientific - government contracts for Technicolor Government Systems and owning/operating his own business in Houston, Texas.
